The requirements for sealing material used in Panel Filters for air conditioning systems in hospitals and clean rooms for microchip manufacturing are demanding. Gel seals ensure this by being injected into the filter frames using the precise DM 502 mixing and dosing machine, without any bubbles. These gel seals also come in low shore hardness versions. Their high aging resistance prevents leakage or loss of tension over time.
Mini pleated absolute HEPA filters are superior to traditional split pleated HEPA filters in terms of airflow, initial resistance, and dust holding capacity. The centralized pleat design extends service life and reduces pressure drop. Mini-pleated HEPA filters are suitable for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, operating rooms/surgeries/ICUs.
The HEPA filter is a high-density, ultra-fine fiberglass paper, tightly pleated and mounted on a frame separated by hot melt adhesive rather than traditional corrugated gaskets. This design minimizes the resistance created by airflow through the filter. The gaps between the frame and the center are well sealed with sealant to eliminate leakage.
